He intentionally incorporates a multitude of perspectives and interpretations, intentionally avoiding a fixed viewing base for his glass sculptures. One such example would be this piece which, depending on the viewer and angle, may be interpreted as a mother child, lovers, or merely an intimate and platonic embrace.

This deliberate approach encourages viewers to explore the artwork from various angles, enticing them into an infinite exploration. Orlina’s work pays homage to Philippine neorealism by distilling the form of his objects to their abstract and essential elements. Embracing an abstract-figurative style in his sculptures, he aims for universal accessibility and interpretation across diverse cultures, transcending cultural barriers for a broader audience reach.
