The Latest Aspect features his infamous 'stone-upon-stone' element, constituting a massive coastal rock formation, viewed from a distance. Sansó's skilled brushwork is exemplified in this piece, evident in his realistic and detailed rendering of the rock formations. On the other hand, he employed a weton-wet technique on the rest of the piece, blending the colors of the water and the sky. The artist's cool-toned palette infuses his image with a gentle breeze, resulting in a picturesque scene a few hours before nightfall. Truly spellbinding, Juvenal Sansó's mist-filled images turn into a gateway to an otherworldly realm, making it more captivating to the audience. Even with their haunting and eerie atmosphere, Sansó's landscapes and seascapes provide a deep appreciation for nature.
