This oil painting illustrates an abstract image of a monochromatic canvas painted in shades of gray. The canvas is divided into two. The left has a lighter shade of gray, while the right side has a darker shade—more charred and rugged than the other. Around the canvas are small circles specifically placed and illustrated like bolt heads that were drilled into a metal sheet.

What's eye-catching about this piece is the fact that the \"bolt heads\" surrounding the piece are divided in a structured manner, with the right side having more bolts than the left. Thus, making the whole piece look like a comparison piece of a \"before\" and \"after\" repaired piece of \"large metals.\" With a rough-looking surface, as well as the structured placements of the bolts, which suggest hinted themes about industrialization, Albor's artwork evokes the theme of decay, erosion, or time-worn materials. The fact that the left side is using white paint, unlike the other, suggests that the latter had experienced some sort of stress and repair.

The partition between the canvases could suggest a confrontation between raw materials and human-made structures when observing the number of bolts and how they were structurally placed and organized. Albor had made a magnificent abstract piece that tackles the theme of industrialization and how materials were shaped and molded to create man-made structures and materials that people often overlook in their daily lives. It invites the observers to reminisce about modern industrialization and the transformation between raw materials and manufactured products through human ingenuity. With the \"abstract\" part left for the observers to view, it is an appreciation piece for human ingenuity? or a warning piece for environmental degradation in exchange for industrialization.
