Exhibited at Art Fair Philippines in 2016, the piece includes an illustration of a horse without skin, similar to those one usually sees when looking at a diagram of a horse's body. The result is an exquisitely intricate and layered work that merges anatomical precision, textile craft, and symbolic playfulness.

Instead of the colors typically seen in an anatomy chart for animal body parts, the piece features multiple parts in various shades of green, black, and gold, alongside the red and white colors that accurately represent muscle and skin. The textural stem pattern found on the piece, such as the cut leaves that spread around the piece, resembling a celebratory confetti, as well as the pattern of the green shades inside the horse, resembling leaves, projects a lively image despite its supposed morbid illustration. It synchronizes with the next point, which is the title itself.

The term \"Everything is Tickety-Boo\" is a British slang for \"Everything is Fine.\" When observing the imagery of the piece (a dissected horse) and complementing it with the title, it creates a jarring contrast between an opened up and fragile and vulnerable animal body, and the calmness and reassuring controlled mood of the title. Javier juxtaposes the image of beauty and death through flesh and dissection, then peppering it with embroidered confetti and colorful palettes. Javier had successfully shown through this piece how art and beauty can mask mortality without erasing it—probing existential questions regarding life's fragility and its relationship with beauty and decay.
