Such elements give hints to the observers that the place evokes a backstage or private-like atmosphere where social identity is rehearsed or withdrawn. A glimpse of privacy and peace from the elegant and socially performative environment that the women in the illustration usually face. .

From the elegant dress to the lavish room used in the illustration, Alcuaz's Tres Marias piece managed to capture the quiet elegance of bourgeois life through his brushwork and his signature European flair. A glimpse of the leisure and the emotional undercurrents of such a grand lifestyle, celebrating beauty in quiet moments.
