His featured pieces highlight his colorful portrayal of space and iconic figures, carrying the art styles that he studied and learn throughout his artistic academic journey in Europe.

The first three featured pieces showcase Vitalis’ oscillation between the cosmic and terrestrial, exploring and meditating on the micro and macro dimensions of existence. Using galaxies, space, and the void, Vitalis highlights the sheer vastness of existence. The crucifixion piece, on the other hand, highlights how his art style could carry both modernist experimentation and deep traditional Filipino-Catholic Themes. Evoking a unity between his European-inspired art style and Filipino-rooted themes.
