His pieces are worth having, as he transforms quintessential themes deeply rooted in Filipino Life and Nature through a fusion of impressionism and Realism. The artists often expose and portray scenes of daily Filipino life, such as harvests, fiestas, flowers and fruits, and ordinary workers, to celebrate the Filipino way of life with vibrant, earthy colors to insinuate the tone of nostalgia and humbleness towards the audience of his artworks.
