Despite – or perhaps because of – the absence of distinguishable objects, Albor’s works thrum with profound emotional impact. His Elements in Time-Z is, in its essence, a reflection of the vastness of the universe and the inevitability of the passage of time through his usage of the various shades of grays in varying textures. <br /><br />Albor’s abstractions revolve around silence and solemnity, a tethering balance on reality and the metaphysical. In Elements in Time-Z, his minimalistic approach elevates the daunting prospect of understanding time.
