From a flower piece that conveys a calming mood of innocence, purity, and the gentleness of femininity, to faceless fishermen and women that primarily reflect the common Filipino folk, Oscar Salita uses emotional depth through color, shape, and composition, delivering anonymous, universal subject figures in his art that emphasize human experience.
