His works are best experienced without pretense—raw, gritty, and unfiltered. Unlike many abstract artists who lean toward the collective unconscious, Pacquing mines his inspiration from the familiar shapes, textures, and fragments of everyday life. This grounded approach infuses his paintings with a subjectivity that invites viewers to project their own experiences, making each encounter deeply personal. \n\nIn this piece Pacquing distills his signature tension between chaos and calm into a striking visual language. Against a pale, almost monochrome ground, a bold swath of deep black commands the left side of the canvas, its dense form disrupted by skeletal outlines and spontaneous marks. A vertical chain of vivid orange shapes cuts through the middle, offering both contrast and rhythm, while lighter smudges and ghostly spaces suggest absence as much as presence. The composition is minimal yet charged—every mark feels deliberate, every void purposeful. True to Pacquing’s style, it’s an abstract narrative without a fixed ending, one that leaves room for the viewer’s own reading of its forms, movements, and silences.
