Graduating from the University of Rizal System Angono Campus with a major in Advertising, his journey has been punctuated by numerous group exhibitions, including prestigious venues such as the Cultural Center of the Philippines. Maglalang’s evolution as an artist is a testament to his unyielding dedication to his craft.

Maglalang’s works seemingly reimagine the often commonly utilized tropes of desolate and barren landscapes that have populated contemporary pop imagery. His visual language that utilizes various shades of gray and unsaturated values are not used in a negative light, instead they offer an almost meditative state that entices the viewer to read between the lines.
