Yet what truly sets Santos’ work apart is his intention to meticulously capture moments that are so easily ignored. The canvas thus becomes a laboratory of sorts; where he meticulously dissects the world of specimens, revealing their intricate textures and the nuances of their existence. Each brushstroke is an ode to precision, as Santos breathes life into his subjects through the hyper-realistic lens, offering viewers an immersive experience that challenges their perception of reality.
