Exploring themes about preservation and material transformation. His particular use of resin, chemicals, and organic-looking formations provides a sense of natural growth—transforming his work into a visual record of time and reaction, capturing an ongoing natural process forever frozen.

Dominated by warm ocher and amber tones resembling sediment layers, dried earth, or mineral deposits with darker patches and branching lines crawl through the wooden panel of the composition, akin to veins or roots, Sunaryo curated these organic forms as something that emerges through chemical interactions within the resin. The splatters and cellular textures on the artwork evoke mold, spores, or microscopic organic life. Creating a contemplative, almost meditative atmosphere, yet with an underlying tension from the chemical processes that crawl beneath the surface. Pujon continues the artist’s broader exploration of alchemy-like processes where art intersects with chemistry and natural transformation.
