Dominated by large, sweeping green leaves that cover and overlap one another, with clusters of delicate white blossoms, Westendorp creates a beautiful balance between strength and delicacy. The delicate detail of each white blossom contrasts with the heavy droop of the leaves, revealing her mastery of creating larger floral oeuvres, for which she became particularly celebrated.
