Born and raised in the inner parts of Manila, a scholar in one of the elite schools in the Philippines with a degree in Public Administration, Lorenzana embarked on a journey through the arts where he created his own unique brand of pop surrealist works.

In these works, Lorenzana attempts to draw the viewer in through jarring yet refreshingly original works. Through weird combinations of familiar elements, Lorenzana is able to elicit a reaction that reflects the viewer’s innermost feelings towards certain aesthetic objects. These works, which seemingly challenge the concept of normalcy, asks viewers to rethink their image of beauty and even pleasure.
