Printed in Binondo in 1604, the only original copy of this book is in the Library of the Congress (Washington). The Dominican historian Jesús Gayo, professor at the University of Santo Tomás, prepared this facsimile edition of the rare print accompanied by an extensive introductory study in which he explains the historical circumstances in which the book saw the light of day.
